XS POTATOES WITH OLIVE OIL AND PARSLEY
Ingredients:
1 kg of extra-small potatoes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 bunch of parsley
4 gr of Himalayan pink salt
Preparation:
Wash the XS potatoes well and boil them in 1.5 l of water. Drain well and wipe off excess water with a paper towel, then place them in a tray, crush it gently with a fork, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt to it and bake until they are easily browned. Take them out of the oven, add chopped green parsley over them (you can also get them from the freezer if you do not find them fresh) for a special flavor, but also for extra color.
Can be served with roasted chicken or pork steak.
XS POTATOES WITH ROSEMARY AND SMOKED PAPRIKA
Ingredients:
1 kg of extra-small potatoes
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
4 gr of salt
Preparation:
Wash the extra-small potatoes and put them unpeeled in 1.5 -2 liters of water to boil, for about 10-15 minutes. Then peel them and put them in a tray, add salt, paprika, the slightly chopped dried rosemary, and the 2 tablespoons of oil, mix everything well then put it in the hot oven for about 30 minutes, at the right heat.
You can serve with mozzarella breed above or with a fresh roast in the oven.
